If you have not accessed your levy funds before to pay for apprenticeship training, you can follow these steps. We can also do this together.

1. Sign in to your account

Associate your PAYE scheme with your apprenticeship account

1. Go to Your organisations and agreements and **Add an organisation** if your organisation name is not already listed
2. If no PAYE scheme is listed, go to More and PAYE schemes and Add new scheme

NOTE: if you add a new PAYE scheme, you will be redirected to the HMRC Government Gateway site where you’ll be asked to sign in using your Government Gateway credentials. When you sign in to your Government Gateway account you’ll be asked to ‘grant authority’ to allow your tax details to be used. To complete this step, you will need your Government Gateway user ID and password.

Now you have associated your apprenticeship and PAYE accounts, you will be able to draw down your levy funds to pay for apprentices, assuming that you have sufficient funds available in your account. If you do not have sufficient funds, you can also apply for a levy transfer.
