Programme Overview

All apprentices' training plans are based on this programme content. The majority of the apprentice’s learning takes place in the first 12 weeks of the apprenticeship, but we will run continuing off the job learning sessions at regular intervals throughout the length of the apprenticeship.

Dev Ops Curriculum

<aside> 💡 For apprentices completing the DevOps apprentices, they will follow the curriculum above but the following adjustments will take place during the 12 weeks, full time training:

Apprentices will take on DevOps role within the team during every project and share findings with rest of cohort.
Apprentices will complete AWS course to support with their technical development during first part of week 7.
Fortnightly meetings between FAC, apprentice and employer during 12 week training block to share any software, code bases or languages that apprentices need to review during self-study sessions.
Apprentices will focus on the DevOps-specific learning outcomes each week </aside>
