• All learners are invited to attend an Induction Day at Space 4 and must show Admin Lead their ID documents and this will be checked off.
• During this Induction, learners will attend an Expectations session, covering the following topics:
  • Housekeeping
  • Meet the team
  • FAC values and group values (including code of conduct)
  • Safeguarding and wellbeing (led by Anna)
  • Attendance expectations
  • Signposting key documents e.g. Coursebook, Handbooks, Discord channels
  • Weekly learner surveys; progress logs; knowledge-based quizzes
