FAC’s Feedback Philosophy

Here at FAC we take a cutting-edge approach to assessment and feedback, combining the latest pedagogical research with technology to provide apprentices with opportunities to improve. We use a fusion of feedback approaches to support apprentices throughout the programme including peer reviews, 1-1s with our Developer in Residence and an AI tool.
