Wellbeing Support
We have an Employee Assistance Programme for FAC learners.
What this means is that all learners have access to up to 6 free therapy sessions, face to face, online or via video call per year and this is available 24/7, 365 days a year. There is also a health and wellbeing app and other forms of support available including:
- Family advice line
- Finance and debt information
- Legal advice

Should you want to access more longer-term talking therapy, this document outlines affordable options in the local area and across London.
1-1 check-ins
Learners are encouraged to reach out to the CFs if they are struggling with the programme. Where necessary, the Relationships Lead will provide personalised 1-1 support where necessary.
Learners with Additional Needs
- Learners with additional learning needs, EHCPs, or under the age of 24 and in care of local authority may be eligible for additional funding to support during the Skills Bootcamp
- Learners will declare any additional learning needs to FAC during their enrolment and we will develop a Personalised Learning Plan (PLP) together before beginning training. The PLP is then shared with the Course Facilitators and are routinely reviewed as needed.
- All learners complete ‘Manuals for me’ documentation during 12 week training and this is shared among the cohort to outline preferred ways of working.
- Learners may be eligible to apply for reasonable adjustments during the hiring process with employers, and FAC will support with this where desired.
