Apprentice’s are asked to track their progress against the KSB’s. Further information on KSBs here.

Should the employer or apprentice wish to discuss their feedback or raise a concern, they can request a meeting via the Progress Review survey. The Apprenticeship Lead will then schedule a meeting with the apprentice and their line manager.

All feedback (via surveys or additional meetings), is captured in the apprentice’s Training Plan.
