Safeguarding Lead: Anna Braybrooke

• Responsible for any kind of Safeguarding concerns during programme (see policy)
• Facilitates Healthy Relationships and Giving and Receiving Feedback workshops
• Oversees the Employee Assistance Programme available to learners

Programmes & Impact Lead: Tavie Cogher

• Oversees and supports learners throughout the apprenticeship programme
• Leads meetings to complete Training Plan, Onboarding and all Tripartite Reviews with the apprentice and employer
• Responsible for creating Personalised Learning Plans for any learners with additional learning needs, or who require reasonable adjustments
• Supports Course Facilitators in their delivery of the programme in line with current pedagogical trends
• Tracks learner progress and overall satisfaction during the courses by reviewing weekly learning surveys

Developer in Residence: Ivan Gonzalez

• Responsible for designing and adapting the curriculum in line with industry trends, and the KSBs outlined in the apprenticeship guidance
• Creates learning resources and workshops for course delivery
• Responsible for providing feedback to learners via live code reviews on Skills Bootcamp and Full Time training programme
• Delivers technical workshops for apprentices via off the job learning sessions
• Provides technical feedback for apprentices on their portfolio and project proposals
