• Responsible for any kind of Safeguarding concerns during programme (see policy)
• Facilitates personal development workshops for learners and apprentices
• Oversees the Employee Assistance Programme available to learners
• Oversees and supports learners throughout the apprenticeship programme
• Leads meetings to complete Training Plan, Onboarding and any Progress Reviews with the apprentice and employer
• Responsible for creating Personalised Learning Plans for any learners with additional learning needs, or who require reasonable adjustments
• Tracks learner progress and overall satisfaction during the courses by reviewing weekly learning surveys
