Why employers choose us

Whether you want to retrain existing staff or hire somebody new, no other apprenticeship provider puts as much care and attention into training their apprentices.

Employers appreciate our rigorous selection process, the diversity  of our candidates and their high level of preparation.

We welcome apprentices sponsored by their current employer and, just like any other candidate, we will give them all the support they need to prepare for their apprenticeship.

Our software developer apprenticeship consists of up to 80 in-person training days delivered over 12-24 months. The schedule is typically one day per week, but can be shaped around the needs of our partners.

A key part of our offer is that before the apprenticeship starts, candidates attend a weekly Software Foundation programme, continuing in their current role until they are ready to hit the ground running in their new role as a software developer.

The core curriculum is focused on full-stack development in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and React, but we can adapt the content to meet any platform or language requirements.

We act as both recruitment and training partner, helping you find and train some of the most motivated and diverse aspirants to a career in software development that you will find anywhere, fully funded through the apprenticeship levy.

Our small size means that every partnership matters to us. We believe in strong working relationsips, embracing the ever-changing needs of our industry, and the quality of the learning environment that we create for our apprentices.
