Before the apprenticeship begins, the Department for Education asks us all to agree and sign a training plan.

Within this document you will also agree to a code of conduct throughout the apprenticeship.

FAC will facilitate the signing of the training plan, with the apprentice, employer and training provider (FAC) via email.

Before the training plan is signed FAC must give the employer and the apprentice the opportunity to discuss the training plan, make any necessary adjustments to the delivery model, and ensure everyone is clear on expectations from the offset.
