Employment Process

Receiving an offer

1. The apprenticeship offer

Employers are strongly encouraged to pay apprentices a salary that meets or exceeds the London Living Wage, ensuring a fair and equitable start to their careers.

2. The apprenticeship contract

After making an offer, the employer will need to prepare an apprenticeship contract, which differs a little from a standard contract of employment. Ensure you have signed this contract prior to beginning with the employer!
